Bollard & car park safety manufacturer · Derrimut, Victoria
CALX manufactures rather than resells, which is the strongest thing it has to say. The work was to make that claim structurally visible — in the product taxonomy, the schema and the copy — instead of leaving it as a line on the about page.

Car park safety is a wide catalogue, and a flat product list buries it. The taxonomy splits into specification-level categories that match how specifiers and facilities buyers search:
Each category can then hold its own commercial intent rather than competing with a single catch-all page.
Australian manufacturing is the differentiator, so it runs from the hero — made at our Derrimut factory in Melbourne — through four supporting pillars: Australian manufacturing, custom fabrication, commercial grade, and Australia-wide supply.
Custom fabrication in particular is treated as a first-class offer rather than a footnote, because non-standard sizes, finishes and branding are where a local manufacturer beats an importer.
The site carries a fuller schema graph than most manufacturer sites manage: LocalBusiness, Place, Organization, WebSite, WebPage, Person and Article. That gives search engines the factory location, the entity behind the brand, and article-level content signals in one connected graph.
Titles and descriptions target bollards Melbourne and category-level commercial intent, with the 1300 number carried in the description for direct-response visibility.
Three enquiry and quote forms run alongside the WooCommerce shop, so a specifier requesting a project quote and a buyer ordering a wheel stop are not forced down the same path.
An honest note: this was an SEO, structure and content engagement. Page performance was not part of the scope, and I am not going to claim Core Web Vitals work that did not happen.
